MeWith The Jennifer Nicole Lee Diet Plan, I have been able to transform my own physique in ways that years of the elliptical machine, situps, and spin classes were not.   Anyone who knows me knows of my passion for working out—what a great way to feel great and look better too!!!  The JNL Fusion Program is a positive, and supportive where anyone can succeed.

I know that weight loss and improving fitness have a large emotional component too; I love supporting in that area too.  My years in the gym “working out with the guys” have taught me proper form, new and exciting exercises, and ways to make the time spent in the gym ultra efficient.  I can’t wait to share all of this with you!!!

I want to look good and feel good. I want the strength to face the challenges life will bring.  I’ve met other women who are on a similar path as me. As a woman , I can see it’s going to be part of my life for a long time to come.

Post Pregnancy

After carrying a baby for nine months, I know most mothers are anxious to get back to a normal weight and feel good in their body again.   The general rule of thumb is to head back to the gym or home workout plan 6 weeks after birth.  After most pregnancies the main concern is weight loss and toning the pelvic area.

With the right consistency and workout plan, this does not have to be daunting and difficult. With specific training we can target those areas needed to get you back to your post pregnancy weight or better, and have you feeling fit, confident and strong again in no time!
